About us
A member-owned cooperative enterprise
Pro-Medical Primary Cooperative is owned and governed by its members. We are not a conventional investor-owned company, and we are not a bank.
Our story
Why we came together
Pro-Medical was formed by people who saw that, on our own, we could not build the clinics, buy the equipment or own the property our communities need. Together — as a registered primary cooperative — we can.
Our full history will be published here by the cooperative's secretary.
